Buckle-Up
Context
Fast fashion is one of the world’s biggest environmental issues, driving massive waste and pollution. Buckle-Up is an eco-friendly brand that tackles this problem by encouraging people to choose one-of-a-kind belts made from upcycled materials.
Design
Most eco-friendly accessory brands lean towards soft, natural colours and a quiet, friendly voice. To stand apart, I created a more youthful and playful identity for Buckle-Up. A dynamic wordmark, bold naming, bright colour palette, and distinct brand photography style all support this direction.
The overall visual direction is tailored for Gen-Z customers as they value sustainability and authenticity. The production process was documented on social media to connect more with this audience and build trust.
